Included with your Home Fitness Program, is the option to have a Fitness partner. If you would like to have the support and accountability of a Fitness partner, after you order your Sisters in Sneaker Program, simply fill out the information form screen which follows your order. You will be connected, one time only, to another woman for your fitness partner based on your age, level of fitness, and number of days a week you will be working out on your fitness routine. This Fitness Partner connection is optional.

* The only information we will share with your connection “sister” is your email address. Any additional information you desire to share is up to you and your new fitness partner. The rest of the connection is up to you and your new fitness partner. Have fun and keep each other on the right track to a healthier lifestyle!
