About Us
Debbie Lewis has a B.S. in Elementary Education from Temple University
and completed graduate studies at American University. Debbie has
taught physical education for more than 23 years and has always
been an advocate for the importance of fitness in the lives of women.
She is currently an instructor of women’s health and fitness
classes, as well as a motivational speaker.
Linda Schnable, P. T., has a B.S. in Physical Therapy from the
University of Pittsburgh and an M.B.A. with a Health Care concentration
from Wilkes University. Linda has more than 26 years of experience
as a Physical Therapist, training individuals to care for their
bodies through the use of exercise and physical activities.
As physical therapy and physical education professionals, Linda
and Debbie have been helping people get fit and stay that way for
many years. As friends, they have been exercising together and encouraging
others to get fit and stay that way for many years also. Together
they have used their expertise and experience to develop a special
and unique home fitness program for busy women who don’t want
to spend a lot of time and money to stay on the right fitness track.
